Manuela Pipe is a member of the British Chiropody & Podiatry association and is Registered with the Health Professionals Council.

I qualified as a Surgical Chiropodist and studied for further year specializing in Sport injuries and Biomechanics and Prescription Orthotics.

This resulted in a Diploma in Podiatric Medicine. Continued professional development training has to be completed every year to keep updated on the latest techniques.

I opened my surgery in South Woodham Ferrers in April 2003. It has proven to be very successful and is still expanding. I provide a friendly and caring environment and I am always happy to give professional advice and discuss any problems or concerns you may have.

My aim is to resolve your problems and to give instructions on how to stop them from reoccurring.

The surgery is operated under strict guidelines with regard to hygiene:

  Before every use all instruments are cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, then sterilized in an autoclave.
  The surgery chair is disinfected after every patient.
  Hands are washed and a new pair of latex gloves is worn for each patient.
  New disposable scalpel blades are used for each patient.
  The latest aseptic techniques are adopted in all procedures.
  All equipment, instruments, medicaments and dressing used are of the highest quality.
